Engagement Manager

Acceleration Technology Partners is looking for an Engagement Manager to join our practice.

We use academic research from world class university faculty, cutting-edge industry knowledge, and proven consulting methodologies to advise clients in:

Strategy & Organization, Venture Investing, and Technology Sector Development for Sovereign Funds and Governments.

• Corporate strategy (clients range from start-ups to established industry leaders)
• Organizational design (corporate culture and manager training)
• Innovation (incubators and design thinking)

Our ideal Management Consulting Engagement Manager is able to think strategically about client needs and help design solutions in our core competency areas.  The Manager must be comfortable managing work streams and creating extremely high quality presentations with minimal direction.  

Most importantly, we need to have trust that we can hand-off a deliverable and it will be done with excellence and insight. 

Desired qualifications:

• 3-4 years management consulting  or corporate strategy experience
• Excellent research and synthesis abilities
• Strong presentation creation skills
• MBA preferred
• 2nd year MBA student with strong academic credentials will be considered
• Engagement Manager is eligible for equity/revenue sharing after 3 quarters of strong performance
